49ers - Winner

49ers: You MUST meld 4s and 9s FIRST! You may meld them TOGETHER or SEPARATE. If you meld them separate, you must MELD the 4s FIRST then the 9s. After the initial meld, you must WAIT ONE TURN before you can play ANYTHING else. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2~*~

 

 

4-1-1 CANASTA: In this game you MUST meld 4s and As FIRST. You MAY use WILDS. After the INITIAL MELD, you must WAIT ONE TURN before melding any OTHER CARDS. Game is Reg 2/2 after initial meld. ~*~ Talbes set 2/2~*~

 

9-1-1 - Winner

9-1-1 CANASTA: 9s and As must be MELDED FIRST! They must be melded on SAME TURN! Reg 2/2 Canasta after initial meld. WILDS can be USED. ~*~ TABLES SET 2/2 ~*~

 

Around the World - Winner

AROUND the WORLD: In this tourney, in the FIRST HAND, you may ONLY have CANASTAS in 4s, 5s and 6s. You MUST have CANASTAS in ALL 3 to go OUT. In the SECOND HAND, you may ONLY have CANASTAS in 7s, 8s and 9s. You MUST have CANASTAS in ALL 3 to go OUT. In the THIRD HAND, you may ONLY have CANASTAS in 10s, Js and Qs. You MUST have CANASTAS in ALL 3 to go OUT. If there is a FOURTH HAND, you may ONLY CANASTA Ks, As and 4s. You MUST have CANASTAS in ALL 3 to go OUT. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2~*~

Black Roses - Winner

BLACK ROSES: In this tourney, you may ONLY MELD RED or BLACK cards, NOT BOTH. If you melded 3 RED 4s then ALL the OTHER MELDS have to be RED also, and vice versa. Both players/teams MAY MELD the SAME COLOR. 2s MUST be RED or BLACK also. JOKERS must go STRAIGHT into a CANASTA. If you make a CANASTA, you may USE the OTHER COLOR cards. You may NOT FREEZE the PILE. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2~*~

Boardwalk - Winner

BOARDWALK: You MUST MELD 1 of EVERYTHING (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K and A), you CAN use WILDS, before you can GO OUT. You can have a RED CANASTA BEFORE having all of the required CARDS, but you CANNOT GO OUT until you have melded all of the required cards. Stroll the Boardwalk to win. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2~*~

Bookends - Winner

BOOKENDS: You MUST MELD 4s and As FIRST! (like BOOKENDS). You CANNOT MELD or CANASTA any OTHER CARDS until you have melded 4s and As. You may meld your 4s on one turn and As on the next turn. You may also meld 4s and As at the same time, but NO OTHER CARDS may be melded until your NEXT TURN. Once 4s and As are melded, you may meld or canasta any other cards and go out. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2~*~

 

By the Book - Winner

BY THE BOOK: BY THE BOOK: All your canastas must be in order from the smallest to the largest, or from the largest to the smallest. EXAMPLE: If you make a canasta out of 8's, your next canasta must be 7's or 9's.
