You MUST type "BASES LOADED" or "BL" when all 4 BASES are MELDED. You MAY PICK UP the PILE only AFTER you have BASES LOADED. A RED CANASTA in ACES is a GRAND SLAM HOME RUN and AUTOMATIC WIN! HIGHER ORDER: In this tourney, your CANASTAS must GO IN ORDER from LOW to HIGH. For example: If you canasta 6s, then your NEXT CANASTA must be HIGHER not LOWER. Your canastas do NOT have to be CONSECUTIVE, but they must be HIGHER than the one you PREVIOUSLY canasta'd. You may TAKE the PILE. 2 Canastas to GO OUT. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*~

HOBO: In this tourney, you are a HOBO and NEED HANDOUTS in order to MELD. These HANDOUTS are your OPPONENT'S CARDS in the DISCARD PILE. Players MUST PICK UP the PILE to MAKE their 1st MELD in EVERY HAND. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*~

HOPSCOTCH: The FIRST hand, your FIRST meld and canasta must consist of one of 4, 5, 6, or 7s, The SECOND hand, your FIRST meld and canasta must consist of 8, 9, 10 or J, The THIRD hand, your FIRST meld and canasta must consist of A, Q, or K. If you have NOT made your first meld and canasta you may NOT meld or make canastas at all. ~~TABLES SET 2/2~~

I'M QUEEN YOU ARE KING: In this tourney, the 1st CANASTA must be QUEENS, and the FIRST player/team to CANASTA QUEENS may GO OUT. The OPPONENT must then CANASTA KINGS to GO OUT. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~TABLES SET 2/2 ~*~

JACKPOT: In this tourney, if you make a RED CANASTA in JACKS, you HIT the JACKPOT and get AUTOMATIC WIN. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*

JOKER POKER: Reg canasta applies here, but if you get 5 CANASTAS in a ROW, put up in order (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10, J, Q, K, A) to make a STRAIGHT, you automtically WIN!!! It can be BACKWARDS or FORWARDS, either way, but they do have to be in order to look like a straight. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*~

LIGHTS ON: In this tourney, you may NOT make any BLACK CANASTAS only RED CANASTAS. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*~

LIGHTS OUT: In this tourney, you may ONLY make BLACK CANASTAS, and you may NOT DISCARD BLACK 3s. You may MELD BLACK 3s when you are GOING OUT, but may NOT DISCARD a BLACK 3 when GOING OUT. You may TAKE the PILE. ~*~ TABLE SET 2/2 ~*~
